Hi there,

Whenever we send an email out via PARS it always goes into the recipients SPAM box. Regardless of ISP.

Many have then marked as not spam but it is still happening.

TASC say that it is not their end.

Help!

Can you get the headers and analyse them from one of the mails that goes out see if it shows anything like SPF / DKIM / DMARC setting that is wrong and thus failing / forcing to quarentine or that a server on-route is on a blacklist.
