Couple of questions regarding resetting passwords;

  1. When I reset a users password it asks if I'd like to send them an email telling them their new password. It always has *my* email address in the box. Why, and can I make it be the users email address by default?
  2. I have found powershell commands to bulk reset people's passwords. Do these send an email to the user telling them that their password has been reset, and what it has been set to?

Thank you

I can see a flaw in the plan, here. If you reset the user's password and have O365 send the password to the user's email address... they won't be able to access their email account to get the new password.

Thanks, but I'm not entirely daft! :p Their email is hosted on-site on an exchange server. The password to that won't be affected so they can still log in to their email and get it.
