We are supposed to upload the registers spreadsheet by midday but it's throwing up server errors for me when signing in. Sounds like a capacity issue.

DODICT Posted March 23, 2020 Posted March 23, 2020 yeah its struggling big time - along with many other services getting peak traffic today. lots of online resource providers went bang first thing. woud have thought with census returns peaking traffic they had capacity for this . . .

Later on it was fine. We had the same issue.

bert113 Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 We are still having issues today, one user can get in to do the form.. but the attendance officer and myself just keep getting timeouts and blank pages. I've emailed the DFE signin helpdesk to see if they shine some light on it
Chaniel Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 Our BM has tried today and just gets a blank page when attempting to access the form. Dev tools show it's not loading a part with error 500 so definitely a problem on their end... 1
