discoveranother Posted March 20, 2020 Posted March 20, 2020 Hello all, Have a sever shutting down which has Windows 2019 installed. The issue is apparently with the operating system. HP replied with the following after assessing reports:- We have analysed the logs and see there are no hardware error. Looks like the issue is with the OS, please raise a ticket with the Windows Team. We found the below Windows Bug check error: 0x000000ef (0xffffad0a1afd9080, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 99486759-3171-41ff-b81f-8fd5b0a72553. What is the contact details for contacting Microsoft regarding such issues ? Thanks all.
