teams again grrrr students not seeing All of their assigned teams

all teachers can see there teams and thanks to a little bit of help yesterday all the teams are created but im having issues with students not seeing all the teams they are members of , anybody got any ideas please ?

Not seeing all Teams or all Channels?

all teams so if they should have 11y,11xand 11z they are only seeing 11y and 11z , i cant find a pattern to it so im guessing its an issue at microsofts end as i can see all the teams within the teams admin center and they all have the correct members

Are the teams created by Schools Data Sync (SDS)?

 

I've seen it where a teacher goes into a team to see a notification about x students waiting to join click activate. I'm not sure whether the student could see the team or not as I wasn't able to sign in as a student from that team

Sjatkn, that my friend is exactly what was happening , i can find no documentation on it at all but once they click activate it all works, Thanks

go to the SDS dashboard, people, students, find the student and see if the student is supposed to be a member. if they are not listed then it's missing from the MIS system.

Just had reports from some teachers that they are strugeling to activate some classes so will keep and eye on those and see what happens
