Shadow_Walker Posted March 9, 2020 Posted March 9, 2020 Having a real issue with calibrating it as Smart won't allow me to do it as it comes pre calibrated. Any ideas?

If so I don’t believe you can. We found that the touch doesn’t line up if you’re input is the wrong resolution. We found as soon as you use a 16:9 ratio like 1440x900 then it should be ok.

Yep that is right, the resolution is set correct but is off on the touch. Only way to fix it is by extended desktop which teacher does not want to use.
TwistedHelixis Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 Make sure there is no dust on the edge sensors running round the edge of the TV and reboot the TV. I also seem to remember finding some hidden calibration system on that TV that also gave access to the cameras, but we no longer have that Tv and I don't have the info anymore.
