DPM 07 + End User Recovery

We have DPM07 installed, with the AD schema extension registered enabling end user recovery.

 

on the client machine we have the microsoft client installed (903234) as per their instructions.

 

When we right click a file or folder protected by DPM the previous versions tab is available however when you select it, first of all it takes ages then displays nothing to be able to restore from. I have checked the DPM server = all appears fine there, consistency check is complete and there are recovery points to select from when directly on the server.

 

Any ideas? I cannot find any MS documents anywhere which cover this?
