ngranville Posted February 12, 2020 Posted February 12, 2020 Hello, I am wondering what people are paying on a per print basis for their managed print services? We currently have 10 x mid-range Sharp MFDs and are paying £0.036 mono and £0.330 colour.
robyholmes Posted February 12, 2020 Posted February 12, 2020 We have 3x mid-range Sharp on a contact around 3 years in to a 5 year deal. Paying £0.027 mono and £0.27 colour.
localzuk Posted February 12, 2020 Posted February 12, 2020 It really depends on size of machine. We have what I would say are 3 tiers of machines in our Trust: Pro level machines (Ricoh Pro C5200s and Pro 8300s) - £0.0195 colour on the 5200, £0.0019 for mono on the 8300s Mid-range (IM 5500/MP C4505) - £0.023 colour £0.0023 mono Small workgroup (MP C307, IM300) - £0.04 colour and £0.026 mono 3 year deals. So, I'd say you're paying over the odds for your click charges for those mid-range models IMO. Oh, also, those click charges I list are for A3 or A4 - you don't pay double for an A3. All of this is under the CPC framework with Ricoh direct. Signed literally 2 weeks ago.
localtech Posted February 12, 2020 Posted February 12, 2020 We have 3 X Sharp copiers MX5140 and pay 0.0022 for B&W and 0.0223 for Colour. Rental contract was taken our in 2018 so prices would have changed by now but hopefully this gives you a guide for your renewal.
ngranville Posted February 13, 2020 Author Posted February 13, 2020 Thanks all! Certainly savings to be made here I think.
Sylv3r Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 We use Konica Minolta Colour is 0.019 and mono is 0.0019 - that's a flat fee across the fleet of machines whether it's desktop printers or large MFD's in our print room.
