Can anyone recommend a good site or software to manage lettings for school facilities?

One of the people in our Accounts department handles lettings, and they use Booking Pro. Can't say that we've had many issue with it - it's only really when it gets upgraded then we get involved.

Room Booking System is used here, also use it for laptops, tablets etc.
