SYNACK Posted May 21, 2008 Posted May 21, 2008 Sometimes it resets any static ip addresses on the printer so if your printers are setup this way rather than using reservations on a dhcp server you may need to redo that bit of the setup.

contink Posted May 21, 2008 Posted May 21, 2008 If you have any Highpoint IDE or SATA hardware and/or drivers installed be careful as there's a common file name that both HP and Highpoint use. Net result Chaos! Known issue for 18 months now...
Ric_ Posted May 22, 2008 Posted May 22, 2008 I've always found Web JetAdmin easy to use for this task. They also do another tool (whose name escapes me at present) if you don't have an infinite amount of RAM and only need to update firmwares.
