Paul_L Posted January 14, 2020 Posted January 14, 2020 Just wondering if anyone else in a Lancashire Primary School is using this and whether it's working 100%? I have 3 primary schools and just can't get it working fully in any of them! Have put all the 'bypasses' in etc. it will sync the pupil data (as uploaded to app developers), but planning sync, very hit and miss and pupil progress, syncing across devices (iPads) does not seem to work at any of the schools. Would be grateful for other peoples experiences. Regards Paul
Patrick Posted January 20, 2020 Posted January 20, 2020 Hi, We have it working in a few schools i look after but we only have it on one iPad right now due to the size of the schools.. I thought i had an issue with one school so i called the guys at PE Passport up and asked them to check and they said they could see that I've added some planning and it synced to their back end systems. Maybe give them a call and see what they say? 1
dobbyit Posted January 20, 2020 Posted January 20, 2020 Pe app! Lol had loads of fun with this app, NOT. First concept seemed good, took me 2 days working with external firewall company to get app to sync had to enable transparent proxy on school WiFi. Worked fine at home and public WiFi’s. Wanted it on all teachers iPads we have 22 teachers but only one log in so if somebody deleted something it went for all, not good. No backup that I could see All iPads have to be running the same iOS, version of app had to be same to sync Other issue is pupil data did have store upn or admission number, issue we found is we have a large number of users with the exact same name, can’t have more than one child with same name. We not using app until they get a website. It’s a no from us sorry. 1
