OVS-ES Renewal

Evening all,

 

Hope everyone's having a good Christmas & new year.

 

Our current agreement expires on 31st December and a renewal order has been placed with a new supplier(cheaper). At what stage will the new agreement appear in VLSC? I can only see our current & previous agreements.

 

I've had the email asking me to sign the new agreement and have done so and recieved confirmation that I've signed it. Sorry if this is a stupid question, this is the first time I've dealt with Microsoft licensing renewal.

From past experience even if you've renewed your licensing before the current agreement expiry date, the new one will not appear on MSVLSC until the existing one has expired (so the day after it will appear)
