[ipad] Issues with Apple Classroom

I am having quite a few issues with Apple classroom where it is not picking up all the pupils on the staff members iPad, but if I go into the classroom with my iPad I can see them all, so I know they are all online / bluetooth on etc.

 

I've tried reinstalling the app, so I know they are definitely on the latest version but it doesn't appear to make any difference.

 

Has anyone got any other suggestions?

What do you use to manage the iPads?

I use Lightspeed, and I am sure the groups etc all all set up correctly as it is working for my iPad, and the teachers with issues can see all the pupils on their iPad but they are all showing as offline, even when they are online for me at the same time.

Ahh, I see... I was about to ask whether the devices weren't showing up on the teachers that's how it came across. Have you redeployed the Classroom configuration?

 

By going to the group with Apple Classroom deployed, going to settings > Apple Classroom > Re-Sync
