[sims] Hosted SIMS stuck on "cancelling"

Help

The HT cancelled something and now SIMS is stuck. I have done everything I can think of but cannot solve.

Other members of staff can get on fine so it is definitely related to him.

He has signed out of everything

I had a similar problem, if it is still open and not closing try Ctrl-Alt-End as this can force a shutdown of that instance.
