Hi, now that staff (inc me) can use the swgfl proxy rules to allow youtube for staff it works great...mostly. YouTube videos on youtube work fine but any website that has a youtube video embedded, fails. Also powerpoint embedded youtube fails, this is on 3 different browsers as well.

anyone else have this issue?

I just get the "an error has occurred"

Just had a similar case - the customer found the answer, turns out for YouTube embedded in PowerPoint you need Internet Explorer's Protected Mode to be 'on'.....

@chazzy2501 In the safetynet admin page, select the youtube policy to "unblocked" for the user policy you want it applied to (if you have multiple)

I just did this for our IT Support user group, and can now see the embedded youtube links in Edugeek, where as before I was getting an error for youtube-nocookies not being available

I recently sorted this on our site and it was an issue with our GPO that pushes our Internet settings. We specifically push our Internet Explorer settings in: User Configuration > Preferences > Control Panel Settings > Internet Settings.
