Right! I’ve done some research and here’s my ideal crawl route: The Ferret (obviously) - The Moorbrook - Guild Ale House - The Otter’s Pocket - Plug & Taps. My last train leaves at 9.30, so I doubt I’ll manage to fit them all in, but I’ll give it a darned good try.

£18 return on the train from Leeds, @sted. Just think what you’ll be missing.

Im on a plane back to Manchester (literally!) - Was there a consesus about a meet please?

Welcome home!

@Dos_Box has booked The Ferret in Preston for 1pm tomorrow. 5 of us confirmed. Would be great if you could make it.

Edit: Read ‘tomorrow’ as Saturday.

Thank you!

Think I will give it a miss. I land just a few hours before and I will be too worn out after the long trip.

Thanks anyway

Well, you certainly timed it right for coming back. We have very large hail here in Preston atm!

Bring hats everyone!

Home at last!

Good to meet up with y’all! Three cheers for @Dos_Box. Hip, hip...

Managed 3 out of 5 on my list (plus Vinyl Tap, which wasn’t). Moorbrook was rammed 3 deep at the bar, so moved on to Guild Ale House. Skipped Plug & Taps due to lack of time. Definitely on my list for next time, though.

How is Feb half term for a Liverpool tour of dog friendly pubs for everyone?

Nice to see you all yesterday, it was a great afternoon and thankfully we didn't have to venture outside into the hail!

As for a Liverpool meet, I might suggest that a March date may be better due to our coming back from BETT and being very busy for a few weeks after that usually.

That and Liverpool (indeed, anywhere) will be COLD!

Is OK - we have a special system round here

we keep the inside of the pubs heated - so all you have to do is stay in the pubs and you are OK

you're welcome
