[ipad] SafeShare not playing on Mosyle managed ipads

Greetings. We have a number of teacher iPads running under Mosyle MDM which I am generally pleased with as far as MDMs are concerned. A teacher wants some special needs children to watch some story book videos which are on the SafeShare website. When you go to the website, the first frame of the movie loads but you just get the Play button with a circle going around and around. If you try the same thing on a personal iPad connected on the same network, but not managed by Mosyle, the videos play quite happily which tends to suggest it is not the network. I have removed the Mosyle restrictions on the iPads temporarily, but it doesnʻt make a difference. I canʻt think of what else may be causing this issue. Unfortunately we are only on the free version of Mosyle and there is no money left in the IT budget to go Premium this school year so canʻt get Mosyle help. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated. Cheers

Are the iPads all running the latest iOS?

 

Did you have to buy licences to access this site, is there a maximum number of users..?

Thanks for your reply. I will check the iOS - one thing I hadnʻt looked at. Re licences, I dont think so as I have never subscribed and it played okay on my iPad which is not managed. Thanks again for your reply
