bodminman Posted October 23, 2019 Posted October 23, 2019 Hi there, we signed up for this in the summer term but the sh1t is hitting the fan since the school employed a new Bursar at the end of the summer. He wants to stick with PASS as he believes that the ISAMS solution is not well thought of in the wide school community. Does anyone else whos done this transition agree with this statement? Thanks
Edu-IT Posted October 23, 2019 Posted October 23, 2019 By not well thought of, does he mean reputation? If it does the job for the school what does it matter what others think? 2
ticker Posted October 23, 2019 Posted October 23, 2019 I would agree with his assessment, we looked at it as a replacement for PASS. It's fine for the purchase ledger but in terms of the fees billing no way near enough ready. It's probably fine for small independent schools but larger ones like ourselves who manage there own Direct debits it's not set up to handle it. 1
