Bev Posted October 11, 2019 Posted October 11, 2019 (edited) We have Konica Minolta printers that have AirPrint functionality. I can see the printers on the iPads, and send things to print, but they never appear as we use user authentication and we don't get a popup to enter the username/password. I have seen that it is possible to get the iPad to ask for authentication but I don't know how to set it up. Konica Minolta offer an app, which does accept the username/password but it's pretty hit and miss on actually printing things, it doesn't appear in all apps and it's not straightforward to use so if I can get AirPrint working that would be much easier.
