Capita Contact for SIMS Partners

Hey everyone.

 

I'm a SIMS Partner and currently have access to their Primary APIs but now we need access to the SIMS Development Dataset.

 

I was told by a rep I spoke with at Capita I could purchase this for £1000. I have emailed SIMS Partner support twice over the past few days with no response.

 

Does anyone have the contact details for someone at Capita who could sort an order for us? I really want this to be sorted today if possible as don't want to have to wait till Monday.

True. It took them 5 days just to get my API access sorted!

 

Was hoping to place the order today so I could have the account details by Monday. Tempted to ring up but I don't know who to ring!

 

Annoyingly I know full well they've read my emails since I've setup read notifications in Outlook.

There is a "Chat Now" option on their website https://www.capita-sims.co.uk/partner-with-us, (during working hours) you could ask them what number to call.

Think I've missed it, keeps redirecting me to call the reception desk. I'll give that a try.

 

I think I'll try emailing my original Capita Contact who set me up with my API. They may be able to sort something.

Capita rep managed to get this sorted for me today. They want to sign NDAs and agreements and all that stuff then I can place the order and receive access.
