I got home on Friday to find a very large box awaiting me. "Surely not," I thought, "for though the box is branded, it's far too large and has arrived far too quickly. Dave would never be that ridiculous."

Which was better NEIPA or the West Coast Pale IPA?

 

 

I prefer the West Coast IPA--it has that bitterer floor that complements the hops--but the lady wife prefers the Tropical Pale as she's more inclined towards very hoppy ales, especially fruity ones. Both are bloomin' lovely though, and I suspect that the Tropical Pale would go better with food (a big gastropub cheeseburger plz) while the West Coast IPA would be the better session ale.

I didn't get home with my beers last night. I walked to school yesterday and (foolishly) didn't bring anything to take them home in. I've not made that mistake today.

Maybe they were so tasty he's had the lot and forgotten to get up this morning?

I was late in this morning, actually, but that was asthma-related and not beer-related.
