SIMS Student Timetable Template

I am trying to establish a template for the printing of student timetables as 2 weeks shown on an A6 size.

I understand the options for altering the view of a timetable prior to print etc but there is no way of saving this as default.

I would like to either:

 

Create a template (possibly using .XSL files to present the .XML data, then save that template for use.

OR

Create a way of exporting the Student timetables as a one line of data per row per pupil so that it can be mail merged into a template outside of SIMS.

 

Can anyone help?

To save it as default you need to log in as someone with access rights (I can't remember which group) and click Save. This will save the template for all users on the system.
