Print management software

I am looking what's currently on the market in regards to print management software/embedded for our richo printers we have tested Print Audit and it was terrible paper cuts seem to be quite expensive all my Google search come back to paper cut.

 

I want to able to great print groups with printing budgets and add secure printing. Around 150 user and 17 MFP

Papercut is expensive, but it is actually worth the money. Rare to say that these days..

 

Couldn't afford it.. but if they raised prices by 25% , I would still suggest it!

We get papercut included with our copier contract and it has reduced print waste an awful lot. I would say that you would easily claw your money back from savings.

Papercut is well worth it and we use across our Trust. However, at a new Cloud-based secondary, we have just opened we are trying Printix, which appear to work quite well and is much cheaper.

PaperCut all the way. Also 17 MFD's for 150 users that is a lot.

 

Reduce your MFD fleet down and it would pay for PaperCut.
