Average 4Matrix Response Time?

Hey everyone.

 

I work at an IT support company and we just picked up our first school as a client.

 

I've been asked to setup 4Matrix for the SLT team (Have no idea what it is or does - I just need to setup the server).

 

I had the school directly apply for a licence instead of my company and we haven't received a response. The request was put in for Friday.

 

 

Anyone here know how long it takes to get an account approved by them? I've been told the server needs to be up and running by tomorrow. Tempted to give them a ring when they are open to see if that'll speed up the process.

You are best to give them a ring. I have found they are very quick over the phone but do it now as they will be completely snowed under tomorrow with results day.

Yeah, that's what I assumed. Guessing lots of schools are putting in help requests among other things.

They managed to get something sorted.

 

Think it was to do with the school address being incorrect so they wanted to verify or something like that.
