Stop the XP display settings bubble from popping up at start up.

I have been playing about with a couple of Asus EeePC's. I have installed XP Pro on one and it works like a charm. The thing that is constantly annoying me is that on start up the Display Settings balloon pops up (with the red cross in task bar) and tells me that the displays settings are wrong and asks would i like windows to automatically change them?

Now, for ME this is not a real headache but if give these out to staff they will be clicking on it and it changes the resolution to the wrong one ( half the screen missing) Is there a way to stop this bubble by changing a setting or editing the registry.

Generally speaking Windows prompts you for this if resolutions are set to 640 x 480 as XP uses 800 x 600 as its minimum. This is why the bubble is probably always appearing.
