Salamander issues due to MS changes to office 365

I am having an issue were as MS have changed the Office 365 logon and powershell will not work for some feature form Salamander. How do I stop this silly MS authentication situation any suggestions?

Have you contacted Salamander? I use Salamander and don't seem to have that problem.

Aye not noticed any problems. What authentication issues are you getting?

You got 2FA on? Is it something being prompted.

I got two factor on but it not on for that user it did ask about recovery option and I supplied a phone number. I did turn on password reset for all user but I believe admins have always been able to rest their own password.

So is that user set to change password on next login? If so, you will need to turn that off.

I believe so, I have to admit, I haven't needed to do that.
