Copying Group Policy Objects

I have a Group Policy Object with lots of settings on the server in one of the schools I work at. I want to use that same Group Policy in another school I also work at, editing it a little to server the other school.

Is it possible to copy that GPO from one server to another and how?

Yes it is - back it up at the first school and restore from back up in the second. Make the edits required and then link it as required.

I think I've done this by Right-Click>Backup, then copying the backup and taking it to the other machine and creating an empty policy and importing. Not everything (e.g. WMI filters) is backed up, though.
