nicholab Posted July 2, 2019 Posted July 2, 2019 Has anyone else had an issue with AD user not being picked correctly? We had a number of issue were the user gets picked up as the Administrator not the correct user by the PA-220?
bald_pig Posted July 2, 2019 Posted July 2, 2019 We had a similar issue with a Fortigate that was caused by our A/V checking for updates in the background, we excluded the account from the ad sync which solved it for us.
chris11256 Posted July 5, 2019 Posted July 5, 2019 We've had intermittant cases of that happenning when users connect to our BYOD network and the Aruba ap's not passing on details. Are you using the User ID agent or the agentless method for user ID?
