Janyo Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 Hi, Our school has purchased new Prowise boards recently. I wonder if anyone has any idea if there's a way of re-selling used functional smartboards 800 with projectors UF75/70. I was thinking either to school that are struggling to get any funds for new equipment or any company that buys off old equipment.
Syman_a Posted June 25, 2019 Posted June 25, 2019 I couldn't give away our old SMART IWBs. on freegle and the like. not one taker.
tl82 Posted June 25, 2019 Posted June 25, 2019 Same here- nobody wants the very old boards. Instead, the caretaker attaches the old smartboards to the railings on the playground and covers them in blackboard paint. The children use them to play with at lunch and the teachers can still use them during class time. 1

I got the largest one sent home for use in the putative garage to man cave conversion as a projection surface (got a fairly decent projector that was being thrown out by another school).
