Out of interest, what apps do people actually deploy with PDQ when they do a new OS install?

If it weren't for SCCM, we'd use PDQ to deploy basically everything that can support silent installations, from 7-Zip, Adobe Reader, Audacity, Office, VC++ Redist, Pearson POP to VLC Media Player.

We actually have a fully licensed PDQ installation and do use it from time-to-time. If we have to deploy some software quickly to multiple machines because of lastminute.com, PDQ is much faster than SCCM.

Wow, shockwave, does that still work anywhere? Isn't flash built in these days?

paint.net, chrome, 7zip, and adobe reader have MSIs

We stopped deploying AIR and Shockwave player (and Flash, because Win 10 and we don't deploy FF) about a year ago and nobody has mentioned anything not working. YMMV, naturally, but if you can get away with not deploying them, do so.

Is anyone auto deploying office 2019 (or 365)?

I am deploying Office 2019 Professional Plus through SCCM and it works. I was sucessfully deploying Office 365 too, but that had others issues around licensing.
