Hyper-v machine move to local storage

I can't seem to get a hyper-v machine to move to local storage? I getting the following error message failover cluster 0x80070005.

Do you need to make it not highly available first?

You can't store clustered VMs on local storage because not all hosts can access it. Remove the VM from the cluster and then move it in Hyper-V Manager. Or use something like Storage Spaces to make the storage available to all the nodes.
