Papercut multi users to one code

Been having a look at paper cut and cant see if it can do what I want. Teachers would like students to be able to print from there own log ins but be able to release all prints with one code. Is it possible to group users together so all prints can be released at ones from multiple AD users?

If you used delegated print release you would be able to create a group of all the students and then allow the teacher to release any job printed by anyone in that group.

Or did you want any student in that group to be able to release all print jobs? If so using the bulk update to update every user in a group to be able to release any job printed by that group may work.

I think that is basically what they want, Add all students to one group then give teacher delegated access to that group.

 

Printers are in admin office so it was to stop all the kids running to the printers.

you may find you waste paper this way, if teachers are just allowing everything your cost savings will change.
