I think that is basically what they want, Add all students to one group then give teacher delegated access to that group. Printers are in admin office so it was to stop all the kids running to the printers. cheers

Been having a look at paper cut and cant see if it can do what I want. Teachers would like students to be able to print from there own log ins but be able to release all prints with one code. Is it possible to group users together so all prints can be released at ones from multiple AD users? cheers for again help Turnitoff
