Sims wont Input Z for off roll on specific day.

Hi Guys,

 

I have a really strange issue where I have taken a student off our roll but he has a random missing mark half way through the Z marks. I have tried changing the off roll date, I have also tried reinstating him and then rein putting the Off roll date but the Z's still do not show on one day, the date being the 9th of may that the Z's wont input into.

 

Sorry if it is not very well explained.

 

I hope someone has encountered this problem before!

Thanks for your replies. I have not noticed it on any other students to be honest. I am going to contact our Sims Help desk with regards to that patch!

Have you tried running the update memberships routine that can sometimes sort these types of issues

Database diagnostics sometimes helps with this, but mostly now it's the patch.

Been given 2 patches for this from Capita.

Regularly I have to either run Database Diagnostics or if that doesn't cure it, one of the patches through DBupgrade.

Thanks guys, I called our Sims support and they have provided me with the patch to sort this issue.
