A school I recently took over has SmartNotebook 11 installed. They have purchased a new site licence so I want to remove V11 before installing the new software.

I remember from years ago that it was not a good idea to uninstall V11 using Windows built in add / uninstall page, as it does not fully uninstall everything, but I cant find the SMART uninstaller software on the laptops.

The uninstall software should be in In...

(Windows 7), select Start > All Programs > SMART Technologies > SMART Tools > SMART Uninstaller.

Any thoughts how I can cleanly remove all the old SMART software and drivers?

Chris is right, you don't actually need to uninstall. I've personally never had an issue with using Control Panel to uninstall, then CCleaner to clean the reg and just manually deleting the C:\Progams folder bit of a faf but you only have to do it once.
