3rd Party DPO / Consultant Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a 3rd party DPO / Consultant.

The contract with our current one comes to an end later this year and we will be looking to change.

Ours have basically passed all responsibility back from themselves to us, in relation to SARs, Policies etc.

Looking for a recommended DPO who understands education but can be the point of call for SARs / Breaches

Highly recommend the team over at https://dataprotection.education/ Work with the school and answer questions rather than just quote things like Article xxx says or some other vague response.

Happy to chat about this. We work with a number of LAs, DPOaaS providers and also do it ourselves.

We work with https://www.turniton.co.uk/ and have found them very helpful. They're not new to the IT game or education, and take a realistic view of the task at hand.

The trust I am a governor within use Home Page - we've only had a couple of issues to deal with at the local school within the trust, but the feedback from the operational team was positive.
