elsiegee40 Posted May 8, 2019 Posted May 8, 2019 Left for my meetings at 8am and a boat would have been more appropriate than a car. It just kept getting heavier. By 11am it had dried up. By 4pm we were melting in direct sun through a window.
6Foot2 Posted June 24, 2019 Author Posted June 24, 2019 We have Met Office weather warnings covering most of the country today an over half of the country tomorrow: Link: Met Office Weather Warnings Currently it's overcast and humid, but no sign of rain (yet?...)
elsiegee40 Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 Scorchio in my part of Kent! My bit of Kent (West) is overcast and humid. It started out sunny, but has deteriorated
CHiLL Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 It's overcast and humid here in Birmingham. We were forecast thunderstorms over night and this morning. They never arrived. Every time I checked the BBC Weather app on my phone they kept moving the expected times of the thunderstorms until now there are none at all. With all this fuss over 5G possibly interfering with meteorological data and reducing the accuracy of forecasts - how can it be much worse than it is now? I swear the forecasts have been less accurate over the past couple of years than say 10 years ago.
sted Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 well heard some thunder its raining outside and the humidity is much better now in Leeds lol
Andrew_C Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 Humid - dark. The latter could be more to do with one phase of our supply being out; yet again!
