Sharepoint O365 issues

Hi

 

Is anyone else having issues with sharepoint online over the last couple of days? We are suffering from very intermittent performance issues when opening documents and is also affecting Onedrive. Sometimes it will take 1 minute to open a 32kb file and word will hang when trying to close it.

We've had terrible issues for two weeks, we thought it was our smoothwall box, because when we go out unfiltered it worked.

 

It seems really hit and miss. We're having trouble even loading sharepoint at all sometimes.

 

Downdetector has been showing issues all over Europe.

Yesterday i hotspotted through my phone just in case it was our UTM and i had the same problem. It seemed fine this morning and then about 11:30/12pm it started having issues again. We've logged a few tickets with MS now but they keep saying there doesn't appear to be any issues. Strange when i log the ticket, they are suffering from high call volume!!!!

Is anyone still experiencing issues with Sharepoint? I'm trying to build an intranet site but it's constantly crashing!
