As per title. I'm thinking that this should work but users are telling me the messages aren't being received at the correct time. From what I've read, when Outlook on the local PC is in non-cached mode and a delayed delivery message is sent, the message goes to the exchange server which then handles the delivery at the correct date and time. Does anyone else have this working with this specific set-up as I'm having trouble googling this with any success?

Wild guess: perhaps users have set their timezone wrong or not set it at all via the office.com->outlook web app?

Doesn't seem to be this, but thanks for the thought

Actually after googling some more it doesn't seem like this is possible according to someone else I found with the same problem.

Generally cached on Outlook 2013, but the users who wanted the delayed delivery we've switched to online. They are now saying this works on W7 with Office 2010 (old image) but not with W10 and Office 2013. I'm doing some testing now myself as it doesn't make a lot of sense.
