New install 10.6 and get access denied when trying to browse homedir

Just wondering if anyone else has come accross the same issue with 10.6? We get access denied when trying to browse homedir.

 

Our 10.5 instance is running fine, no issues. But we have the login issue if the username is incorrect it thows up the IIS debug error page. So I decided to give 10.6 a go.

 

Any help with either issue would be great.
