Deleted behaviour and achievement points

I've noticed that some of the detentions or merits I've recorded in SIMS seem to disappear. Is this something other staff can do (or is the only explanation an admin error on my part email - I swear I've saved them!) If other staff can, is there a way to monitor this?

You could create a report to show the data. then schedule it to be exported using SIMS command reporter every day. You could then prove they were in there (at some point) and when they went missing.
