Some of our users are having intermittent issues uploading files to a Sharepoint library. The group they are in has contribute, no delete rights, and I've tried giving them individual rights, up to Full Control, but it makes no difference. It looks like the files are present, but on inspection they are 0kb. They are more successful when uploading individual files than when opening with explorer and copying up a number, but it's not guaranteed that upload will work. It seems to be one particular Document Library that is affected, but I can't see anything different about it.

Internet Explorer 11 - I discounted the browser being an issue when they also had a problem when opening the library with Explorer. To explain further - the library has a number of folders in it, but only one folder seems to have the problem. I have deleted and recreated that folder, which has the same permissions as all the other folders. Edited by clareq

No strange characters in the name, sharepoint.com is trusted. It's the Cover folder, which, by design, is used offsite - staff upload cover work if they are absent.
