HDtv advice which one though?

Looking to get a HD tv interested in both of these, don't really know a lot about them so some advice would be good. First is cheaper but what is the real differences - the reviews on the first one seem better and there is more of them.

I work in Sainsburys Part time and currently there is a SONY 32" HD for £399.99 Model number is KDL32U3000U, Really nice telly had one of these before i upgraded to the 40" version
