Hi, I have an issue in one classroom. We have an Intel NUC with up to date graphics drivers and updated the ActivPanel software

When in extend mode, the touch facility goes on the screen. Works fine with on duplicate mode.

Any ideas?

Hi Danp,

While extend mode isn't yet supported, we do have an existing enhancement request open for it (and that I've added your vote to). You can always check with our support team if you need to know whether something is an issue or an enhancement request. (https://support.prometheanworld.com/contact/)

As for workarounds, you can try DGardiner's suggestion of setting the ActivPanel as the primary display. Another thing you can try is to calibrate the ActivPanel while in duplicate mode, then change it to extended mode, then go into the Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Tablet PC Settings → click Setup and follow the instructions. We've seen this work on most occasions with these types of setups. Hope this helps!

Thanks!
