I have a batch of computers that still have this directory on them, some of them taking 25gb at a time. How can I scan the network to see which still has this and remove, ideally something like the process for removing old profiles with DelProf2?

Thank you, looks like it, but I'd need to login to each machine then, ideally I'd like to remotely clear them if possible.

Just make a batch file with those commands to run at logon/logoff?

Unlikely to work unless said users are local admins - startup script which will run in the machine context (I think!) will be better

True, I'd go for a shutdown script to stop complaints about startup times though!
