fiza Posted January 23, 2019 Posted January 23, 2019 Looking at Yealink T40 for normal users but not sure what to get for Reception.
dgsmith Posted January 23, 2019 Posted January 23, 2019 When we went Yealink (3 years ago), we did T46Gs in our reception, as you can get the addon module for this which looks quite nice, but we didn't need that with the Windows client module. The T48G is a touchscreen and bigger, but was overkill (and still would be). Most new phones now around classrooms/general areas the T40s, which are the nicer style, gigabit and cheap! 1
mdrabble Posted January 23, 2019 Posted January 23, 2019 (edited) I put a Yealink T48s with Exp40 sidecar on our reception. Reception staff very please with it and find it easy to use. Edited January 23, 2019 by mdrabble 1
jnfarmer Posted January 23, 2019 Posted January 23, 2019 T46Gs with the extension modules so they could have more buttons. Nothing fancy but does the job. 1
TechMonkey Posted January 23, 2019 Posted January 23, 2019 T46 with extension module. We thought about the touchscreen but apparently it had less button space on the screen so we went with practical. 1
Chris_Cook Posted January 23, 2019 Posted January 23, 2019 T46 with two EXPs and a wireless headset 1
TTG_Alice Posted January 31, 2019 Posted January 31, 2019 Would recommend the Yealink T46 with the EXP40 expansion module
