[sims] Teacher using My List Entry on behalf of other teachers

Hello.

 

We are using Profiles to generate our reports. One teacher in the PE department has been nominated to fill in the reports on behalf of his colleagues, but of course he can only see his assigned classes in My List Entry.

 

Are there any permissions/setups that I can use to allow him access? I've added him as a Supervisor in Course Manager and that allows him to see his colleagues' marksheets, but he can't see the other classes in My List Entry.

You can assign Profiles Co-ordinator permissions. This won't show the classes in MyListEntry but they would be able to access via Focus, Profiles, Data Entry, List Entry, however, it would give access to all classes not just PE. We have used this successfully when staff are absent and another colleague needs to complete the report.
