Options Online

Evening all. HELP. Used Options online fine last year but have hit a brick wall this year. Have set module up exactly as last year and have done a test run with 2 students. Both have received their registration and completed that successfully. However, when they log on to sims-options.co.uk they are told that they cannot choose any choices. Both have been given permissions in the admin portal as students. Any offers anyone? Capita can't figure it out and we are supposedly going live next month. Thanks ...

You haven't dealt with them directly recently Matt?

 

One team don't have the foggiest what another team is working on.

 

Getting help with the online stuff is an exercise in futility - teach yourself or don't use it

 

The only ray of hope is that they actually work pretty well once you've got your head around how to set them up.

Hahaha - I did wonder what would happen after the mass exodus. Pretty much everyone I knew has left and I can't imagine you can replace all those years of useless knowledge overnight. I say useless as SIMS knowledge it isn't something you can really transfer across to another job, the wisdom you can, like do actual user tests before releasing to customers. Sounds like its gone swimmingly
