Accelerated Readers with Neo2

Morning all

 

A school that we look after bought 50 Neo 2 at the company discontinued sale about 4 years ago. They were working fine before the October half term and pulling all the quizzes down from the accelerated readers website. Now all of a sudden they have stopped working, contacted accelerated reader that look after the hardware and they said that might of done an update that has broken it. They have also said that they don't provide support for this product anymore and only support the web browser from now on. The neos let me login and they are talking to the website, just not pulling the quizzes down when I type the number in. Was seeing if anyone else has had the same issue in the last 4 weeks or so. If any one could help would appreciate it.

Hi,

Yes we had the same problem. After contacting the company they advised the NEO's are no longer supported, even though the students could log in, the quiz wasn't shown. I then got an email from the librarian a few days later and advised it was working again, even though we didn't change anything.

they recommended you used PC or tablets now.

Okay then will hope that is the case for us .
