[sims] Class Teacher and Supervisor Field

Hi,

 

We are having some problems with Show My Homework pulling through classes from Sims.

 

It seems to be that some of our classes do not have a 'Supervisor' set, and this seems to be the classes that don't show up. The classes all have teachers assigned on the timetable, and everything looks good on Sims itself, except that when you click a lesson on the timetable, and click 'class', the list of students comes up, but the supervisor box at the top of the page is blank. The teacher box is populated with the correct teacher.

 

Does anyone know how this field gets populated?

 

I'm not a timetabler, but our timetabler is new and hasn't got a clue how to fix this. Any ideas appreciated.

Is there a main teacher set in Nova? Double click the class and make sure there is a main teacher added.

Sorry for delay, and thank you for responding. Yes, there is a main teacher selected in Nova. Just no supervisor in Sims.

Tools>Academic Management>Course Manager>Maintain Course...Panel 5 for Supervisors for academic classes. Otherwise in the Pastoral Structure for Registration Classes(Focus>School>Pastoral Structure).

I would think the supervisors should pull through to Show My Homework from Course Manager.
